CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Elise Marie Wurtzburger, 38, of East Rochester, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 19, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and possessing an instrument of crime.

Robert Vidt Elliott, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of controlled substance and purchasing alcohol by a minor.

Jasper Fair III, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Dillon James Witt, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his two cases to court. He was charged Oct. 18, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged Feb. 5 by the township police with driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs, no rear lights, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, distribution of a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

David P. Klacik, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

Charles Ross Wolford, 38, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failure to stop at a red signal and obstructed window.

Tonia Yvette Columbie, 39, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Ashley Marie Young, 19, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 22 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, speeding and careless driving.

Diane M. Hoge, 47, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, failure to keep right and careless driving.

Stephen David Kowalski, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Richard Leroy Beegle Jr., 39, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 7 by the Evans City police with harassment, simple assault and making terroristic threats.Shane McQuay Kramer, 26, of Grove City, Mercer County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Warren Todd Wolfe, 28, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Bryan Kenneth Hartman, 39, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 26 by the state police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Eric Martin Settlemire, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failing to drive at safe speeds, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael Maruska Jr., 58, of Cochranton, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, violating hazard regulation and disorderly conduct.Kenneth Francis Stefanowicz, 44, of Callery waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 8 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, operating without insurance and vehicle registration suspended.Georgina Anne Meyer, 30, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 5 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
