All Butler residents' real estate tax payments made to the Butler County Treasurer's office before April 30 will receive a 2 percent discount.

City residents' tax payments may be made either in person at the office of Butler County Treasurer Diane Marburger in the Butler County Government Center, 124 W. Diamond St., or mailed to her office at P.O. Box 1208, Butler, PA 16003.

Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Checks should be made payable to: Diane R. Marburger, County Treasurer.

County residents living outside of the city should pay their real estate taxes to their municipal tax collector.
