EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

John Adamson, 31, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 13 by the Adams Township police with two counts of simple assault and harassment and criminal mischief.

Ezekeil Abraham Porter, 23, of Freeport waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the state police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Joseph Louis Hanchosky, 44, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop at a red signal, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and failure to use seat belt.

Christopher M. Snyder, 28, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 17 by the Jackson Township police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, three counts of use/possession of drug paraphenalia and misbranding/misleading container.

James John Mandity, 55, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 12 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

Cory Schooley, 18, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the Jackson Township police with three counts of indecent exposure and harassment.

Jodi Renee Coennen, 35, of Harmony waived her four separate cases to court. She was charged Jan. 4 by the state police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance. In her three other cases, she was charged on Jan. 4 by the state police in each case with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance.

Judd Rasmussen, 27, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 11, 2006, by the Jackson Township police with seven counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Edward Haggart, 28, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds and disregard of traffic lane.

Michael F. Green, 18, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the state police with possession of marijuana and speeding.

Hughie Thomas Corrigan, 24, of Plainfield, Ind., waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, forgery and receiving stolen property.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Terry Lee, 42, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a red signal and driving with a suspended license.Dawn Morin, 36, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and driving with no headlights.Timothy John Skiles, 45, of East Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, possession an instrument of crime and illegally parking where signs prohibited.Deborah K. Kludo, 45, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 9, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with theft by failure to make required dispersal of funds and receiving stolen property.Walter M. Mariani, 57, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Charles Woo-Sup Kim, 37, of Baltimore, Md., waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving over the road divider.Richard William Malone, 39, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with insurance fraud.Stacey J. Klein, 30, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Dayna Finucan, 45, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 28 by Penn Township police.Stephen Flaherty, 62, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 1 by state police. He was ordered to pay $350 in fines and court costs.William Kennihan II, 29, of Manitou, Colo., waived to court nine counts each of theft, receiving stolen property and forgery, filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.Bryan Palmer, 29, of Irwin, Westmoreland County, waived to court a charge of theft by deception, filed Jan. 3 by state police.Fred Panei, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving a vehicle without an inspection sticker, filed Dec. 28 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $375.50 in fines and court costs.Donald Parks, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 28 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $348.50 in fines and court costs.Jennifer Perdue, 30, of Fombell, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving a vehicle without an inspection sticker, filed Nov. 15 by Penn Township police. She was ordered to pay $770 in fines and court costs.Daniel Slater, 20, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 3 by state police. He was ordered to pay $340 in fines and court costs.June Snyder, 43, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 1 by state police. She was ordered to pay $275 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jon Campbell, 50, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Oct. 28.Nicholas Colligan, 23, of East Brady, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 28.Michael Dorondo, 21, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, an open container violation, making an improper stop and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 15.Shawn Ealy, 28, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan. 29.Heather Finucan, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 4.Michael Shetler Jr., 25, of Emlenton waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving too fast for conditions, filed Dec. 29.
