the problem is with the Judges/ sherriffs Dept who donot do the proper background investigation for sentensing. saee our tavx dollars only go so far and a few Distruct judges arund our County do not realize what happening or refuse to act on what required because they donot knoew how.

And we elect the ones with the best campaign thy spend the money forthe eklection and anyone inLaw endforcement will tell you if money is that emportant them Justic suffers, "balance the system" let Judges be appointed.....by some one who knows what they are doing not elected by popular vote
