CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Nickolas J. Herschk, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor and purchasing alcoholic beverages by a minor.

Brian Orlando Mozzoni, 29, of Cranberry Township had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, failure to keep right and speeding.

Tammi Shermin, 34, of Cranberry Township had her case held for court. She was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving without a license, failure to keep right, failure to yield right, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, failing to stop and give information and render aid and failure to immediately notify police of an accident.

Albert Harper, 57, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with giving false identification to law enforcement, speeding, driving with a suspended license and false swearing.

Keith A. Stewart, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with fraduent altered/forged/counterfeit title and driving with a suspended license.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Jeremy Allan Owens, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the state police with attempted robbery, soliciting robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, simple assault, and harassment.Paul Anthony Guenther, 41, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 18 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, careless driving and backing up a vehicle improperly.Thomas Roy M. Young, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the state police with attempted robbery, soliciting robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, simple assault and harassment.Christa Michelle Dietrich, 28, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 13 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Tyler P. Bartley, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 19 by Butler Township police.Heather Lee Birch, 22, of Natrona, waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and retail theft, filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.Michael J. Caldwell, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of robbery, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, driving under the influence, criminal mischief and driving under suspension, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police.Daniel J. Dickson, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Jan. 16 by Butler Township police.Jack A. Hartzell, 53, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving during suspension and required financial responsibility, filed Nov. 27 by Butler Township police.Robert E. Kennard, 27, of Lyndora waived to court charges of recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police.Thomas M. Lasher, 30, of Tarentum waived to court charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy and possession of instruments of a crime, filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.Adrienne V. Lewis, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 28 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and costs.Amanda M. Lillibridge, 20, of Lyndora waived to court charges of recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police.Ralph E. Mulneix, 34, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Dec. 11 by Butler Township police.James R. Pint Jr., 24, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 20 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and costs.Jonathan R. Shuler, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 21 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $738.50 in fines and costs.Thomas L. Shuler, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 21 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and costs.Nathan B. Thompson, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $588.50 in fines and costs.Joseph W. Zaborowski, 38, of Cabot pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal mischief, filed April 24 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $925 in fines, costs and restitution.
