Judi, I think you are misunderstanding what Jackson said....He wasn't saying you were lazy, a deadbeat or anything else. He was sympathizing with you. He didn't call you anything bad or insult you. He said he felt for you, for other people in your situation, and for people that were worse off than you are. I think you are reading too much into his posting. He ended his posting with the fact that there isn't much you can do about the "system." So, I think he understands your complaint. Yes, someone is gaining interest on your money. Yes, it is probably wrong but unless you are willing to help change the system then, don't complain. You are a lot better off than a lot of people so, what is your point? Everyone knows someone like Jackson described...Someone who is down on their luck and so on. He didn't insult them. He said he felt for them. Maybe you should reread his post. I also apologize for your situation but when you get your check, put it in the bank and at least you will get some interest. Make the best of what you have. Some people are worse off than you are.
