CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Angela Beth Higgins, 18, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, failure to stop at a red signal, two counts of failing to obey turning movements and required signals and driving too slow for conditions.

Dominique J. Clerkley, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, failing to drive at safe speeds and failing to stop and give information and/or render aid.

William Wayne Garner, 42, of New Castle, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 2 by the Cranberry Township police with fraudulant altered/forged/counterfeit title, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Marquis Tavon Glover, 18, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Katherine M. Teets, 44, of Cabot waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with harassment.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Gary Robert Koval, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 4 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of controlled substances, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.James A. Sopher, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 11 by the Jackson Township police with criminal trespass and attempted burglary.James C. Bumbaugh, 39, of Glassport, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 31 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.Matthew Martin Gibson, 33, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and not using low beams.Kraig James Martin, 29, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 12 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.John Whitehead, 39, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by the Jackson Township police with four counts of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Meghan Pfennigwerth, 26, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County waived to court a charge of terroristic threats filed July 21 by Butler Township police.
