EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Norbert T. Moss, 28, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 by the state police with accidents involving death/injury while not properly licensed, driving with a suspended license, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at safe speeds, careless driving and failing to use seat belts.

Jamie C. Wright, 31, of Evans City waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to receive stolen property, conspiracy to commit unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to drive with a suspended license, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, giving false identification to law enforcement officers and driving with a suspended license. He also was charged Dec. 20 by the state police with burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

Daniel M. Cupka, 44, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 24 by the Jackson Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of a traffic control device.

Keith D. Anthony, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 28 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with no headlights.

Aimee E. Allison, 27, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 18 by the Evans City police with hindering apprehension/prosecution, permitting a driver with a suspended license to operate her vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Lance Moletz, 34, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Michael Kevin Gaynor, 33, of West Waymouth, Mass., waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of a traffic control device and careless driving.Darwin L. Barnes, 38, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and giving false identification to law enforcement officers.Justin G. Caldwell, 28, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with no headlights.Bryan Smith, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Glenn E. He was charged Nov. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Carolean Santa, 49, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest.Ricardo Daniels, 42, of Severn, Md., had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 3 by the Office of the Attorney General's Child Predator Unit with two counts of attempted contact/communication with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.Samuel E. Labarbara, 28, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Dennis Hanley, 35, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.David Pomaro, 55, of Youngstown, Ohio, had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with no headlights and not using a turn signal.Aaron Scott Pauling, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, distributing a small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering welfare of children and conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
