CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Melvin Byers, 44, of Clintonville waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving with a suspended licensed and without insurance, filed Oct. 14.
Kenneth Goliat, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and failure to keep right, filed June 14.
Clifford Hicks, 25, of Cabot waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed Dec. 4.
Travis Hilliard, 21, of Evans City waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed Dec. 4.
David Kightlinger Jr., 20, of Rimersburg waived to court charges of retail theft, filed Dec. 16.
Kirsten Lollo, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 6. She was ordered to pay $288.50 in fines and court costs.
Raymond Mattocks, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, DUI, harassment and registration card not signed, filed Nov. 19.
Alan Schaeffer, 33, of Boyers waived to court charges of simple assault and two counts of harassment, filed Dec. 5.
