BUTLER TWP — These cases were heard recently by District Judge Kevin O'Donnell:
Jonathan Charles Fend, 30, of Richlands, N.C., waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 25 by Butler Township police with driving under the influence and driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
David Lee Coburn, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 30 by Butler Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eric Jerome Holt, 31, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 10 by Butler Township police with theft of services and criminal conspiracy.
Jason James Yearick, 27, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 17 by Butler Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Michael H. Hengelsberg, 47, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 20 by Butler Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Darren M. Knox, 23, of Karns City was held to court on charges of driving under the influence, exceeding the speed limit and careless driving. He was charged Nov. 29 by state police in Butler.
Angela M. Finucan, 23, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 17 by Butler County Drug Task Force with delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Tina Logan, 19, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 13 by Butler Township police with unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to give information and render aid, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles, and driving during suspension.
Michelle Marie Scott, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft. She was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $643.50. She was charged Oct. 31 by Butler Township police.
