BUTLER TWP — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O'Donnell:
James David Ferguson, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 20 by state police with driving under the influence, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, approaching an oncoming vehicle and restraint systems violation.
Michael Allen Pintell, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 30 by state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Marissa Mallory Watson, 18, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $338.50. She was charged Oct. 16 by Butler Township police.
Chad Michael Rodgers, 30, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 13 by Butler Township police with harassment and stalking, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
Jennifer L. Ion, 26, of Kittanning waived his case to court. She was charged Nov. 14 by Butler Township police with retail theft.
Christina D. Kozlowski, 30, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 5 by the Butler County Drug Task Force with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance.
Wesley Harrison Frank Jr., 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $543.50. He was charged Oct. 30 by Butler Township police.
Kelly Birkmeyer, 36, of Freeport waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 16 by Butler Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Lorri C. Reay, 40, of Karns City pleaded guilty to theft by deception and was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $391.40. She was charged Oct. 10 by Butler Township police.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Caleb Anthony Harper, 19, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor, disregard traffic lane and failing to drive at safe speeds, careless driving, minors prohibited operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system and improper tires.Jodi Stewart Correll, 46, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 4 by the Zelienople police with simple assault.Wendy Lou Devore, 21, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 24 by the Jackson Township Police with receiving stolen property, operating a vehicle without a proper inspection and driving with a suspended license.Arthur J. Michaels, 31, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 11 by the Jackson Township Police theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, damage to railroad property, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Steven Carr, 29, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of writing a bad check, filed Nov. 28 by Saxonburg police. He was ordered to pay $703 in fines, court costs and restitution.Ryan Patrick Dray, 22, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.Gary Daniel Lowers, 51, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol, driving on the right side of the road, careless driving and general lighting equipment, filed Nov. 29 by Saxonburg police.Brent M. Michael, 44, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under suspension, filed Nov. 6 by Middlesex Township police.Mark Douglas Mook, 35, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol and trespass by motor vehicle, filed Nov. 14 by Penn Township police.Michael Steven Nuti, 38, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of speeding, driving under the influence after imbibing and driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol, filed Oct. 23 by Saxonburg police.Dennis W. Shrecengost, 23, of Dayton, Pa., waived to court charges of retail theft and driving under suspension, filed Oct. 16 by Buffalo Township police.Nancy Lee Snyder, 48, of Leechburg pleaded guilty to a charge of writing bad checks, filed Nov. 29 by Saxonburg police. She was ordered to pay $608.55 in fines, court costs and restitution.Chase Preston Texter, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of writing bad checks, filed April 11 by Saxonburg police. He was ordered to pay $1,236.31 in fines and court costs.

Carbin, 19, of Fenelton waived to court charges of recklessly endangering another person and underage consumption, filed Oct. 26 by state police.Shawn Allen Johns, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft by unlawful taking, filed Dec. 13 by state police.Douglas S. Reigh, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Nov. 8 by state police.Bradley Calvin Weitzel, 49, of Butler was held for court on charges of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance, filed July 19 by state police.Bradley Elton Weitzel, 20, of Butler was held for court on charges of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 19 by state police.Mary Weitzel, 46, of Butler was held for court on charges of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed July 19 by state police.Martisha Zanotelli, 26, of New Kensington pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 6 by state police. Zanotelli was ordered to pay $432 in fines and court costs.
