Brian of Butler recommends, regarding the abortion debate, that "both sides go on with [their] simple lives and find something else to cry about." The reason why many supporters of abortion rights can not do that is because of the enormous efforts of the Religious Right to try to ban the procedure and criminalize the physicians that perform it. It is a vital issue that deserves serious championing. People with similar thoughts to Bill of Fairview abound and try to, as Jimbo of Seattle aptly writes, "force [their] religious beliefs on others." There are not enough people, like Jimbo of Seattle and also Susan, with the courage to call anti-choice advocates out on their religious dogma.
