Partial Birth Abortion
Personally i think all possible efforts should be made to save the Child/fetus as you say but then again I old fashoned i guess save the child and the mother as well as possible so if one has to died who chooses Gad , No one know the time or how they will die. So mothers are God Now! Not in my book.
