Zelienople man bound over to court
The Justice System in Butler County seems to be working. The D.A.'s office was well represented yesterday afternoon (Nov. 29, 2006) at the District Court offices of Evans City. The man who "alledgedly" struck and killed my brother, Rowdy Conley, and "alledgedly" critically injured two other cyclists on September 7, 2006, has been bound over to court with no charges being dismissed or lessened at this time. Officers Reed and Timko of the Jackson Township Police Department were apparently very thorough in their investigation of this accident. Chief Kellner, his staff, the Victims and Witness staff, the MADD & Voices representatives, as well as, the staff at the District Court Offices conducted their duties in a very professional and efficient manner. I would like to say "Thank You" for helping our families understand how the system works and what to expect as we go through this aftermath of the accident.
