CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Nathan Frndak, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, criminal mischief and possessing instruments of crime, filed Sept. 7.
Craig Gould, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 18.
David Heidenreich, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 23. He was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and court costs.
Brittany Lander, 18, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, criminal mischief and possessing instruments of crime, filed Sept. 7.
Jason Trufley, 35, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 24.
