Irene Natali of Butler celebrated her 90th birthday recently with an open house at the Lyndora American Legion attended by more than 100 family and friends.

The former Irene Wilamowski was born Sept. 29, 1916, in Pittsburgh. She married Mitchell Natali Sept. 9, 1939. He is deceased.

She has a son, Mitchell Natali, of Butler. She also has two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Natali is retired. She worked as a homemaker and Polish teacher.

She belongs to the former St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church in Lyndora, now a part of St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Parish.
