Stella Erickson, 87, of Saxonburg died Monday at Saxony Health Center, Saxonburg.

Born April 28, 1919, in Creighton, Allegheny County, she was the daughter of Stephen and Veronica Danik.

She was a homemaker and was a member of Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church, Glade Mills.

Surviving are four sons, Herman (Marie) Erickson of Saxonburg, Ernest (Lynne) Erickson of Cincinnati, William Erickson of Indianola, Allegheny County, and Daniel (Sandy) Erickson of Mars; three daughters, Mrs. Barbara Borchers of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Victoria Sibenhaar of Champagne, Ill., and Mrs. Douglas (Christine) Riddering of Troy, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Anthony (Helen) Baron of Butler; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Her husband, Herman W. Erickson, died in 1996. Five brothers and four sisters also preceded her in death.

<B>ERICKSON </B>— Friends of Stella Erickson, who died Monday, Oct. 16, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev.
