SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Timothy Ebig, 42, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to use turn signals and driving without headlamps working, filed Sept. 22 by Saxonburg police.

John Gizienski Jr., 39, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Sept. 28 by Saxonburg police.

Heath Hilliard, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 5 by Penn Township police.

Christine Johns, 30, of Sarver waived to court charges off DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Sept. 12 by Buffalo Township police.

Mark Lepinsky, 18, of Valencia pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 22 by Saxonburg police. He was ordered to pay $540 in fines and court costs.

Robert MacDonald, 24, of Fenelton waived to court charges of statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault, filed Oct. 28 by state police.

Janine O'Toole, 51, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts of retail theft in connection with a pair of cases filed Sept. 25 and Oct. 17, both by Buffalo Township police.

Adam Ryan, 20, of Dysart, Cambria County, waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Oct. 2 by state police.

Karl Scheiber, 40, of Clairton, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 28 by Saxonburg police.

Jeremy Schmidt, 29, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 11 by state police. He was ordered to pay $503.50 in fines and court costs.

Heather Schrecengost, 32, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed July 24 by Buffalo Township police. She was ordered to pay $410.99 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Garry Short, 50, of Saltsburg, Indiana County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 12 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $183.50 in fines and court costs.

Bruce Tyson, 47, of Valencia waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Timothy Merle Walker, 44, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving, a lane violation and failure to use turn signals, filed Aug. 24 by state police.

Melinda Wells, 23, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUIand careless driving, filed Sept. 26 by Buffalo Township police.

EVANSCITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard this case:Dorrina Mae Armstrong, 22, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 5 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:David Davenport III, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 22.Ronald Harnish, 35, of Chicora waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failure to stop and give aid, filed Sept. 6.Matthew Hertzig, 25, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Aug. 10.Richard Hockenberry, 33, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Oct. 3.Jason Isaacks, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding, careless driving, and driving without inspection, filed Sept. 15.Thomas McQueeney, 70, of Emlenton waived to court a charge of disorderly conduct filed July 10.James Plunkard, 34, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, and a lane violation, filed Oct. 3.Karen Polczynski, 36, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failure to use turn signals, filed Sept. 14.

CRANBERRYTWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Clint Shafer, 24, of Westminster, Colo., pleaded guilty to charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He was charged Oct. 14 by the Cranberry Township police.Several other charges including aggravated assault, resisting arrest and misrepresenting that a minor is of age were withdrawn. A second charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.Michael Steven Morelli, 25, of McMurray waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 2 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.David Carl Pliskaner, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael J. Carrar, 46, of CranberryTownship waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 25 by the CranberryTownship police with driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated assault, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle and not yielding at road.Candace Faith Sheffer, 45, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and period for required lighted lamps.
