Sandra America Butterfield, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation and making an illegal turn, filed Oct. 11 by state police.
Evelyn Graziani, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud and identity theft, filed Oct. 10 by Butler County detectives.
Heather McCrorey, 25, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of bad checks filed Sept. 25 by Butler Township police.
Jamie Ruggles, 20, of Chicora was held for court on charges of theft of services and conspiracy, filed Oct. 10 by Butler Township police.
Brian Schmude, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 18 by Butler Township police.
