Anthony Pachell, 27, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed June 6 by Penn Township police.
James Seibert, 29, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 5 by state police.
Daniel Spohn, 39, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of possession of marijuana plants, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 12 by the state attorney general's office.
David Stanaski, 27, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 24 by state police.
Charles Walker Jr., 49, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 3 by Middlesex Township police.
