EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Wayne J. Spinneweber, 39, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 15 by Evans City police with accidents involving death/injury, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, failure to stop and give information and render aid, failure to notify police of an accident, driving with suspended license, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without insurance and failure to notify police of change in address.
Mathew Alan Doerr, 21, of Jeannette, Allegheny County, formerly of Sarver, had his case held to court. He was charged March 9 by the Jackson Township police with 10 counts each of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to receive stolen property.
Don Allen Howell Jr., 37, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, two counts of disorderly conduct, failure to keep right and disregard of traffic lane.
Robert John Hauserman, 31, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged May 8 by state police with manfacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, two counts of marijuana possession and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Walter Michael Wojichowski, 27, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged July 31 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at safe speed, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.
Mark McBride, 36, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 13 by the Butler County Sheriff's office with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Matthew G. Brown, 24, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 13 by the Adams Township police with simple assault.
CRANBERRY TWP —- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Brian J. Dolnak, 33, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his two cases to court. He was charged May 9 by the Cranberry Township police with theft of services and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged Oct. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with robbery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Thomas Anthony Camp, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, not yielding at roadway, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and careless driving.Amanda L. Young, 26, of Mercer waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 30 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and driving with no rear lights.William Edward Casper Jr., 41, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by state police with terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.Holly L. Thompson, 38, no address available, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.Robert Gerald Brown, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a red signal and failing to drive at safe speeds.
