BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:

Sandra Angus, 41, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 11.

Lisa Brady, 35, of Butler waived to court two counts of bad checks, filed Sept. 5.

Lisa Brewster-Powers, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 30.

Patricia Ann Brown, 42, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 21.

Christopher Cicco, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 29. He was ordered to pay $683.50 in fines and court costs.

David Cribbs Sr., 37, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 23.

Kristy Cousins, 26, of Butler waived to court two counts each of access device fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 28.

William Dutter, 49, of Butler waived to court two counts of simple assault and a charge of harassment, filed Oct. 5.

Diana Gaiser, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Aug. 17.

Brittany Geibel, 18, of Cabot waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 11.

Shane Hinchberger, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, driving too fast for conditions, driving without a license, and a stop sign violation, filed Aug. 22.

He is also charged in a case filed Aug. 28, with theft and receiving stolen property.

Syrene Irvin, 45, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of and illegally acquiring a controlled substance, and theft, filed Sept. 25.

William Jones, 21, of Callery waived to court a charge of DUI filed Aug. 30.

Darrin May, 41, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI filed Aug. 7.

Jason McCance, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 28.

Gregory McCardle Jr., 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Aug. 29.

Richard McClelland Sr., 47, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Sept. 18. He was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and court costs.

Joseph McGurk, 37, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived to court a charge of bad checks filed Sept. 5.

Alyson Perry, 35, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 22 by state police. She was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and court costs.

Scott Pitman, 25, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed May 22. He was ordered to pay $338.50 in fines and court costs.

Richard Rakers, 44, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, endangering the welfare of children, speeding, careless driving, a lane violation, driving without a registration card, restrictions of alcohol beverages, and two counts of not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 28 by state police.

Michael Sellner, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of stalking and 11 counts of harassment, filed Aug. 25.

John Sipe Jr., 30, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed Sept. 12.

Patricia Ladonne Smith, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks filed Sept. 6.

Jerald Soose, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Sept. 5 by state police.

Joseph Yartz, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 7. He was ordered to pay $430.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Timothy Brown, 46, of Butler waived charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed July 13.Thomas Bucklew, 36, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and a high beam violation, filed Aug. 24.Charles Closson, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failing to stop at a red light, disregarding traffic lanes, making an illegal turn, speeding and careless driving, filed Aug. 16.Jessica Clougherty, 23, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUIand disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 24.Sandi Kradel, 25, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed Aug. 26. She was ordered to pay $188 in fines and court costs.Ernest Seger, 51, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI filed Aug. 15.Kurt Wentling, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed March 8.
