EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Richard Allen Clark, 43, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 7 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and 38 counts each of receiving stolen property and access device fraud.

Steven Frank Shoop, 20, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, reckless driving, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and purchasing alcohol by a minor.

Marian Mann, 50, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 11 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and not using low beams.

Thomas Russell Chapman, 32, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speed, careless driving and driving with a suspended license.

Joseph Henderson, 44, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of driving without lights during period for requiring lighted lamps, driving without signal lights, disregard of traffic lane and disorderly conduct.

Clyde Day, 51, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 13 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use of the improper class of license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

Curtis Ryan Ukasik, 33, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 8 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault and an increase in grading the charge because victim under the age of 12 and the defendant is more than 21 years old.

Derek Allen Graf, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 14 by the Jackson Township police with theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle.

Stephen M. Rausch, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 14 by the Jackson Township police with theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle.

Christopher D. Chritzman, 35, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged July 27 by the state police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edwin Eyles Jr., 23, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 31 by the Lancaster Township police with 38 counts of forgery and access device fraud and 39 counts each of tampering with records or identification, identity theft, and theft by failure to make required dispersal of funds.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Judd D. Rasmussen, 27, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 28 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.John Robert Hritz, 37, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Ashley Nicole Sye, 19, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor and purchasing, consuming or transporting alcohol by a minor.Eric B. Sucharski, 38, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey turning movement and required signals.Shane William Schneider, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts each of forgery, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, identity theft and theft by unlawful taking and one count each of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.Alex Moses Simmons, 20, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 21 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of forgery, three counts of identify theft and one count each of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Ronald Miller, 56, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 28 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.Jacob Colby Lawrence, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with attempted burglary and possession of an instrument of crime.Andrew Wolniak, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 2 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.Marc C. Brenner, 19, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 2 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.Grant Matthew Giles, 26, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a firearm without a license, disregard of traffic lane and operating a vehicle without proper inspection.
