Explain this......

The S.R. high school student made a threat to shoot black students at SRU, but cannot be charged because he did not threaten a particular student, and did not threaten to commit any violence himself.(he threatened to shoot black students at SRU) sounds like he threatened to commit a crime of violence against a group of people to me. He flat out admitted he made the threat!

Jason Bennitt's daughter alledged to have written a note that said (a bomb would go off in school). Did she state she was going to set off a bomb to hurt anyone? I have to missing something here! This student gets nothing, and the Bennitt family, specifically the daughter has been treated like hard core criminals!If I were the Bennitt family I would really be questioning the State Police, DA's office, and the Slippery Rock school board on this one! I am not saying that it is O.K. to write bomb threats, but this racist student and his family should be sitting where the Bennitt's are not the Bennitt's. Jason had evidence that the note was not written by his daughter and the interview should not have taken place the way it did but yet they are being hung out to dry!

Where is the fairness here?
