SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Clayton E. Halfhill, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence after imbibing, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .097 percent and not using turn signals, filed April 20 by state police.
Cameron Blaise, 23, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of writing a bad check, filed July 24 by Buffalo Township police. Blaise was ordered to pay $175.14 in fines and costs.
Amy Johns, 27, of Prospect was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of another person's prescription, not driving in road lanes and driving under the influence of a combination of drugs, filed July 17 by Buffalo Township police.
Danielle Porter, 25, of Tarentum waived to court charges of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .133 percent and rear lighting equipment not working, filed July 17 by Buffalo Township.
David Butler, 52, of Tarentum waived to court charges of driving under the influence after imbibing, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .25 percent, not driving on road laned for traffic and careless driving, filed Aug. 8 by state police.
Robert M. Young, 25, of Freeport waived to court charges of careless driving, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .284 percent and rear lights being out, filed Aug. 21 by Buffalo Township police.
Shawn W. Westmoreland, 20, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of corruption of minors, furnishing liquor to minors, underage drinking and having an open container of alcohol in vehicle, filed July 10 by state police.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Robert Giles, 32, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, driving an unregistered vehicle and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Michael Lindsay Utz, 45, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and making an improper stop.Douglas Lee Kidd, 24, of Warrendale, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving with a suspended license, failure to notify change in address, depositing waste on a highway and disregard of a traffic control device.Alysia L. Herold, 37, of Butler had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and habitual offender.Tabian Lee Mohrbacher, 25, of Carnegie, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with distributing a small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substance and careless driving.Josh David Smith, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs.
EVANS CITY —- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Derrick Harris, 19, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by the Zelienople police with three counts each of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, carrying a firearm without a license, three counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by unlawful taking.Rebecca Ann Dillaman, 18, of Butler had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 8 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Deirdre Beth Whitehead, 33, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 23 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking, access device fraud and identity theft.Justin Ray Morgan, 24, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the Jackson Township police with illegally operating a vehicle with ignition interlock device, driving with a suspended license and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Jonathan Michael Gengler, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Brooke M. Donelson, 21, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 8 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.David Thomas Dezzutti, 41, of Mars had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 14 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, disorderly conduct and harassment.Jeffery Benson, 38, of Mars waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by the Lancaster Township police with harassment. He was also charged Aug. 26 by the Lancaster Township police with making terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Heather Glasser, 38, of Cambridge, Md. had both of her cases held to court. She was charged June 16 and Aug. 18 by the Adams Township police on two separate charges of writing bad checks.Frank E. Szabo, 46, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 3 by the Jackson Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.
