Jackson Twsp. Motorcycle Accident

Dear Jim: I am Rowdy Conley's sister (he was just 11 months younger than me). I'm glad to hear that others are just as upset as I am about this man being behind a wheel. I've known several people with medical problems that have had their license revoked for far less than what this man has done. For just one minute I would like to look this man in the eye and tell him what I feel about him. I'd like to tell him about the brother that I'll never see or hear or hug again. About the husband that was with the same sweetheart since the 6th grade in school. Their anniversary was the Saturday after he was killed (34 years of marriage). I'd like him to know about the two daughters that held to that man in the casket and wept their hearts out over the loss of their Daddy and the loss of their childrens' "Pappy". That person just might as well have "ripped my Mother's heart out - I know he broke it in two". His little grand daughter Haven asks every day when Pappy's coming back to play with her and eat ice cream. I really don't think that he can realize how many lives he has affected by getting behind the wheel of that truck and I don't know if he would really care. My most puzzling question is: "What doctor would sign off on him getting his license back after the number of accidents and citations that man has. My brother-in-law was 72 yrs. old and run off the road and hit a mail box and his license was pulled within two weeks and he received letters from the state telling him he would have to go through a phycological evaluation and physical assessment before they would consider reissuing his licenses. I think the destruction done to our families was a "little bit more far reaching" than a darn mail box. It's not just my family that is going through this hell, but, the families of John Cusick and Matt Montgomery. I can't imagine what they must be going through and my heart goes out to them. Please all of you out there....pray for those two boys and their families. And, please, whatever any of you out there do....remember to keep the pressure up to see to it that this man is put behind bars or at the very least taken off the road.....I don't want to think that he is out there driving the car or truck that will take the life of someone else's brother/father /son/grandfather. Write to your Senators, Legislators, Judges, whatever.....make your voices and feelings heard. If it accomplishes getting him off the road it will make me feel a little more like my brother did not die totally in vain..... Keeping him from killing someone else is what I want more than anything else in the world right now.

I had the same question about who insured him???? With no insurance he would not be able to register a truck or get it inspected. Take a look at the inspection sticker on the windshield of the truck....is it current????? And, is this even his vehicle or is he using someone else's vehicle and insurance coverage???? I hope these are all things the police are looking at....I know I'm looking and I want to see JUSTICE!!!
