Florence L. Walker, 81, of Hilliards died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Sunnyview Home.

Born Feb. 4, 1925, in Cherry Township, she was the daughter of Hugh and Gracia Graham Grossman.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Hilliards United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Georgia Walker of Butler and Mrs. Loretta Graham of Hilliards; a son, Roger L. Walker of West Sunbury; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Swartz of Greenville, and a brother, James Grossman of West Sunbury.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Lawrence Walker; a son; a sister, and a brother.

<B>WALKER</B> — Friends of Florence L. Walker, who died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2006, will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the <B>William F. Young Funeral Home</B>, 132 Main St., West Sunbury. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. James Lewis, her church pastor, officiating. Burial will be at the Rosewood Cemetery, Washington Township.
