BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
James R. Courson, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not driving in road lanes and careless driving, filed April 18 by Butler Township police.
Richard N. McClelland Jr., 23, of Butler waived to court three charges of theft by deception and three charges of bad checks, filed July 13 by Butler Township police.
Nicholas J.R. Oesterling, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 9 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and costs.
Kasey Rose Dischman, 19, of Evans City waived to court charges of providing false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving during suspension, filed Aug. 14 by Butler Township police.
Dischman also waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud, theft by deception and two counts of receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 22 by Butler Township police.
John P. Tomlin Jr., 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 31 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $643.50 in fines and costs.
Tomlin also waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 7 by Butler Township police.
Megan Lynn Simpson, 20, of East Brady waived to court charges of forgery, theft by deception and two counts of receiving stolen property, filed July 21 by Butler Township police.
Jessica Lynn Desch, 20, of Cabot waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed July 21 by Butler Township police.
Joshua A. Kuhns, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, following too closely and not driving on the right side of the road, filed July 21 by Butler Township police.
Tammy Lynn Clutter, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, maximum speed limits and following too closely, filed July 7 by Butler Township police.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Bradley Eugene Williams, 18, of Petrolia Road, North Washington, waived a disposition hearing on assault, harassment and disorderly conduct charges. State police arrested Williams July 3.Robert Lynn Grossman, 20, of Clintonville Road, Harrisville, waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct filed by Slippery Rock Borough Police Aug. 21.
