Barbara A. Ziegler, 40, of 110 Beacon Lane died Wednesday evening at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born Jan. 20, 1966, in Butler, she was the daughter of Connie Stabley Okeson.

Mrs. Zielger, a graduate of Butler High School, was a homemaker and an avid pet lover. She also enjoyed many kinds of crafts.

She was a social member of the American Legion Post 243 in West Sunbury.

Surviving are her husband, Norman R. Ziegler Jr., whom she married July 14, 2004; a son, Pfc. Ronald C. Gilliland III with the Army in Anchorage, Alaska; her mother of Butler; a brother, Robert Curzi Jr. of Franklin; a sister, Jennifer Okeson of Butler, and four nieces.
