Fred and Suzanne Barron

Fred and Suzanne Barron of Slippery Rock celebrated 50 years of marriage recently with an open house at the Slippery Rock Township Building.

The former Suzanne Brillhart married Barron Sept. 1, 1956, at First Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh.

They have two children, Carol Roth of Clarion and Patricia Musulin of Slippery Rock.

They also have four grandchildren.

Barron retired from Copper Energy Services in Grove City after 37 years. He enjoys hunting and gardening.

Mrs. Barron retired from First National Bank of Slippery Rock after 39 years. She enjoys bowling and traveling.

The couple belongs to Wolf Creek United Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock. They enjoy golfing
