CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Jeffery Maxwell, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor and reckless driving.

Christopher Robert Petersen, 32, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with no headlights.

Herman Lester Weaver III, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 5 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving with no rear lights.

Scott Hay, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 26 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by failing to make required dispersal of funds and receiving stolen property.

Levi R. Schneider, 19, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 5 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking.

Tara Lyn King, 26, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 26 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

William Michael Baxter, 18, of Callery had his case held to court. He was charged June 28 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor and purchasing alcohol beverages by a minor.

EVANS CITY —- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kasey Rose Dischman, 19, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 15 by the Zelienople police with five counts of theft by unlawful taking and one count of access device fraud.Bridgett Ann Knight, 26, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 31 by the state police with unsworn falsification to law enforcement officers, giving false identification to law enforcement officers, exhibiting another's driver's license, driving with a suspended license and speeding.Andrew John Amato, 21, of Meadville, Mercer County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Stephanie Ann Moran, 25, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 18 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and making terroristic threats.Eugene S. Koss, 54, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged July 7 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Benjamin Andrew, 21, of Valencia waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed July 24 by Penn Township police.Thomas Clark, 21, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 26 by state police. He was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and court costs.Ernie Gaston, 44, of Tarentum waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, making an illegal turn, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed July 12 by Saxonburg police.Kimberly Ann Lantz, 49, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed June 12 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $401.82 in restitution, fines, and court costs.Robert Ratz, 51, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 10 by state police.Anthony Thompson, 25, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed July 24 in a private complaint by Sarver TrueValue. He was ordered to pay $444.23 in restitution, fines and court costs,Edward Trinciante, 24, of Penn Township waived to court charges of endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment, driving with a suspended license, speeding and reckless driving, filed May 1 by Buffalo Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Aaron Baysek, 32, of Evans City was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed June 12.Alan Christy, 19, of Hilliards pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed July 27. He was ordered to pay $390 in fines and court costs.Darlene Donoghue, 51, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 29.Wayne Hammerstrom, 20, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 18.Logan Peoples, 28, of Emlenton was held for court on charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with no rear lights, filed May 4.Timothy Risinger, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 20.Joshua Shuler, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and reckless driving, filed July 26.Derek Stewart, 24, of East Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving with a suspended license and disregarding traffic lanes, filed May 17.In an unrelated case filed July 28, Stewart waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license.Rhonda Wedlock, 30, of Butler waived to court eight counts of illegal acquisition of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed July 27.
