SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner heard this case recently:
Justin Evans McKivigan, 21, of Butler waived his preliminary hearing to court. He was charged on May 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at an unsafe speed, failure to stay in the right lane, careless driving and failure to use a safety belt system.
