SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Stephen Carr, 29, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of soliciting burglary and corruption of minors, filed June 16 by Buffalo Township police.

Kenneth Cuzzo, 27, of Penn Township waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed June 6 by Penn Township police.

Lee McKain, 29, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 1 by state police.

Tanisha Sadulski, 23, of Washington, D.C., waived to court two counts each of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed in separate cases May 23 by state police.

Carra Tomalesky, 29, of Butler Township waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, not using a turn signal or seat belt, filed May 13 by state police.

Joshua Walker, 21, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and corruption of minors, filed April 6 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Elizabeth Christy, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 16.Jean Davis, 67, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lane violation, filed May 15.Kip Edwards, 23, of Valencia waived to court two counts of aggravated assault by a vehicle while DUI, driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and driving too fast for conditions, filed April 25.Joshua Funkhouser, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of intimidation of witnesses and retaliation against a witness or victim, filed July 12.Grant Lyons Jr., 50, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, was held for court on charges of accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation, and failure to provide information after an accident, filed May 11.Barry McMahan, 59, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 26.Daniel Saeler, 45, of Butler was held for court on a charge of DUI filed March 3.Janet Shilling, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed May 24.Linda Williams, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation and careless driving, filed May 1.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Copeland Garwin Tyler, 37, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not obeying flashing signals, breaking the speed limit and careless driving, filed May 30 by state police.Leeann Lape, 37, of Mount Pleasant pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, filed June 12 by Butler Township Police. Lape was ordered to pay $338 in fine and costs.Nakia Elizabeth Bell, 20, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed July 6 by Butler Township Police. She was ordered to pay $504.50 in fine and costs.Bell also pleaded guilty to another charge of retail theft, filed July 6 by Butler Township Police. She was ordered to pay $438.50 in fine and costs.Charles E. McDowell, 23, of Edinburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy, filed July 6 by Butler Township Police.McDowell also pleaded guilt to another charge of retail theft, filed July 6 by Butler Township Police. He was ordered to pay $491 in fine and costs.David F. Jendez, 53, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed June 5 by Butler Township Police.Michael S. Gayhart, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 11 by Butler Township Police.Andrew M. Kudamik, 19, of Renfrew waived to court charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault and corruption of minors, filed July 7 by Butler Township Police.Lloyd R. Brooks Sr., 30, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking, filed June 22 by Butler Township Police.Nathan J. Marhsall, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of two counts of theft by unlawful taking, filed July 13 by Butler Township Police.Jason S. Roberts, 35, of Rochester waived to court charges of criminal attempt and making false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed June 28 by Butler Township Police.John C. Litz, 42, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed May 24 by Butler Township Police.David J. Gerard, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with property damage, accidents involving damage to unattended property, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, careless driving, not driving on the right side of the road, not staying within the road's lanes and abandonment of vehicles, filed June 20 by Butler Township Police.Brian J. Wright, 32, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed May 8 by state police. Wright was ordered to pay $543.50 in fine, costs and restitution.
