CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Aaron Banks, 21, of Karns City waived to court charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment, reckless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 1.
Douglas Leith III, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception, access device fraud and bad checks, filed March 23.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Derrick Alcorn, 30, of Freeport pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed Jan. 18 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $845 in fines, court costs and restitution.Derek Delaney, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with a suspended license, filed April 7 by state police. He was ordered to pay $281 in fines and court costs.Joshua Ebig, 34, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault, two counts of harassment, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 30 by state police.Richard Filous, 23, of Freeport waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, filed April 11 by Buffalo Township police.Altimease Jones, 24, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 27 by state police. Jones was ordered to pat $333 in fines and court costs.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Joseph O. Major, 48, of Girard, Ohio, had his case held to court. He was charged June 12 by the Jackson Township police with writing bad checks.Bradley Daniel Kradel, 23, of Chicora had his case held to court. He was charged May 26 by the Evans City police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Carrie Weisser, 30, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged June 2 by the Jackson Township police with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, permitting motorized operation, no registration of a snowmobile/ATV and failure to obtain liability insurance.Cherie Lyn Bachur, 29, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged May 17 by the Evans City police with six counts each of acquisition by misrepresentation, criminal conspiracy, forgery and receiving stolen property.Jean M. Hammond, 40, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 17 by the Evans City police with 16 counts each of acquisition by misrepresentation, criminal conspiracy, forgery and receiving stolen property.Michelle Lynn Matichko, 27, of Lower Burrell has her case held to court. She was charged April 17 by the Jackson Township police with 10 counts each of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Michael Lohr, 19, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 25 by the Adams Township police with fleeing or attempt to elude officers, fleeing or attempting to elude signals, driving without a license, careless driving, driving with no headlights and abandoning vehicle on a highway.Jack Richard Yun, 53, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Patrick K. Sammons, 32, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and improper left turn.Steven E. Fullerton, 23, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.Kelly Dreucci, 27, of Harmony had her case held to court. She was charged June 1 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, parking improperly on two-way highways, failure to notify change in address and failure to stop at a red signal.Meghan Rebecca Oare, 23, of Valencia had her case held to court. She was charged June 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, failing to obey turning movement and required signals and opening door unsafely.
