BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

James Abraham, 45, an inmate at the State Correctional Institution in Albion, waived to court charges of forgery and two counts each of access device fraud and receiving stolen property, filed June 20 by Butler Township police.

Adam Ansani, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 18 by state police. He was ordered to pay $518.50 in fines and court costs.

Carrie Cubbage, 20, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed May 18 by Butler Township police.

Dawn Dittmer, 33, of Butler waived to court two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 18 by state police.

Steven Dittmer, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 18 by state police. He was ordered to pay $518.50 in fines and court costs.

Dittmer, in a separate case filed June 16 by Butler Township police, he pleaded to charges of simple assault and harassment. He was ordered to pay $380 in fines and court costs.

Dawn Finucan, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed June 5 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $643.50 in fines and court costs.

Raylene Michael, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 15 by Butler Township police.

Halsey Pollock Jr., 47, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 18 by Butler Township police.

Stacie Rousseau, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of acquisition of a controlled substance, filed June 19 by the state Attorney General's Office.

Micah Sproat, 25, of Renfrew waived to court charges of trespass, terroristic threats, stalking, simple assault and harassment, filed June 16 by Butler Township police.
