Thomas Flack Jr., 35, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed May 15 by Penn Township police.
Curtis Flynn, 58, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, and a lane violation, filed May 31 by state police.
Cameron Fox, 22, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed April 11 by Saxonburg police. She was ordered to pay $276.51 in fines, court costs and restitution.
Jacqueline Guido, 29, of Dubois, Clearfield County, pleaded guilty to a charge of public drunkenness, filed April 28 by state police. She was ordered to pay $419.50 in fines and court costs.
Richard Oliver Hill, 27, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 4 by state police.
Ryan Lancellotti, 23, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 4 by state police.
Jason Matson, 26, of Cabot pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 30 by state police. He was ordered to pay $425 in fines and court costs.
David Silberger, 41, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 30 by state police.
Crystal Singer, 22, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too fast for conditions and following too closely to another vehicle, filed May 23 by state police.
Donald Vargo, 31, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and driving without rear lights on, filed June 16 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $918.50 in fines and court costs.
Charles Vogel, 53, of Sarver waived to court two counts each of simple assault and harassment, filed June 19 by state police.
Adams Vickers, 39, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft, attempted theft and conspiracy, filed May 19 by Penn Township police.
John Vickers, 52, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of theft, attempted theft and conspiracy, filed May 19 by Penn Township police.
Karen Wulfert, 24, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed May 18 by state police.
