CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Meghan Marie Pfenningwerth, 26, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. She was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Elsa Sieniewica, no age available, of Chicago waived her case to court. She was charged June 10 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and possession of an instrument of crime.

Adam Sieniewica, no age available, of Chicago waived his case to court. He was charged June 10 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Charles Vincent Hammonds, 57, of Clairton, Allegheny County, had his case held for court. He was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Jeremy Allen Owens, 17, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 11 by the Cranberry Township police with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person and obscured license plate.

Nicole L. Schmitt, 26, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged April 11 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.

Robert Kummer, 36, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by the Cranberry Township police with burglary, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, driving with a suspended license and two counts of criminal mischief.

Larry R. Crawford, 51, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 by the Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Narcotics, with two counts of acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge and criminal attempt of acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge.

John Joseph Chetoka, 46, address known, had his case held for court. He was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts each of forgery, acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge, possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal attempt of acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge.

Shawn William Collington, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 31 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts each of criminal mischief, simple assault, making terroristic threats and one count each of unlawful restraint and possessing an instrument of crime.
