Zier

Leola Zier of Concordia Lutheran Ministries' Oertel Care Center in Cabot celebrated her 104th birthday recently.

The former Leola Drescher was born May 30, 1902. She married Herman Zier on Dec. 21, 1921. He is deceased.

She has two children, Mary Colgan of Florida and Donald Zier of Cabot. Ason, Charles Zier, is deceased.

She also has 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Aformer homemaker, Mrs. Zier enjoys crocheting and knitting. She is a former member of the Ladies Aid Society at Faith Lutheran Church in Natrona Heights.
