Ray and Lucille McMann

Ray and Lucille McMann of Granger, Ind., celebrated 62 years of marriage recently with a dinner party for family and friends at their home. The event was hosted by their children.

The former Lucille Lehnerd married McMann on May 20, 1944, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have seven children, residing in Texas, Michigan and Indiana.

They also have 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

McMann is a veteran of the Navy, serving in World War II. He is a retired rocket scientist, working for Vought Corporation Grapevine, Texas.

Mrs. McMann works as a computer programmer out of her home.

They enjoy refinishing and reupholstering furniture.
