Sue and Tom Gutherie

Tom and Sue Gutherie of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage recently with a family dinner.

The former Sue Lackey married Gutherie on June 16, 1956, at the Institute Hill Alliance Church in Butler.

They have two children, Daniel Gutherie and Shari Hartle, both of Butler. They also have three grandchildren.

Gutherie retired from the IBEW10 as an electrician.

Mrs. Gutherie is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to Community Alliance Church.
