Keith Blackburn, 55, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failure to keep right, filed April 8 by state police.
Joshua Blystone, 24, of Jefferson Township waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 24 by state police.
Kenneth Ellwood, 20, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, filed March 10 by state police. He was ordered to pay $1,050.50 in fines and court costs.
Benson Hoover, 51, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed April 1 by state police.
Machel McIntosh, 18, no known address, was held for court on two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving with an obstructed window, filed April 6 by state police.
William Rice, 22, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless driving, filed Feb. 27 by Buffalo Township police.
Everett Roy, 19, of Butler waived to court three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 2 by state police.
Jason Toogood, 24, of Center Township waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and driving without rear lights, filed March 24 by state police.
Joseph Yusko, 62, of Penn Township waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 25 by state police.
BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Michael Angelo-Abrosi Clair, 19, of Lyndora waived to court charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors, filed April 6 by Butler Township police.Daniel Cyphert, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 30 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and court costs.Patrick Kemery, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a flashing signal violation, and driving the wrong way on a one-way road, filed Feb. 17 by state police.Calib Newman, 20, of Evans City waived to court charges of delivery and possession of a controlled substance, filed April 21 by the state police vice unit.Frank Rajchel, 64, of Butler waived to court charges of attempted aggravated assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and not using turn signals. filed May 4 by Butler Township police.Everett Roy, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges f trespass, filed April 4 by Butler Township police. CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Robert Bacote, 42, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property filed April 2.Robert Grossman, 40, of Harrisville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 12.Michael Ritzert, 43, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of defiant trespass filed Jan. 19. He was ordered to pay $238.50 in fines and court costs.Albert Schnur, 42, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 6.
WORTH TWP, Mercer County — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Mitchell Allen Berends, 46, of 25 Browntown Road, Slippery Rock, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Berends April 18 with simple assault and harassment.Garett Brice Mount, 25, of 214-1/2 S. Broad St., Grove City, waived his case to court. Grove City Police charged Mount April 11 with two counts of driving under the influence and no rear lights.Brent Lee McCoy, 24, of 461 McConnell St., Grove City, had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged McCoy April 6 with two counts of driving under the influence.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Lauren Elizabeth Radcliff, 21, of Conestoga waived her case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Radcliff Feb. 14 with two counts of driving under the influence, minor prohibited operating with alcohol in system, no headlights, no rear lights and purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor. Radcliff turned 21 on May 13, which is why she has charges for being a minor.Varick Wel Vanistendale, 30, of 1139 Boyers Road, Boyers, had his case held for court. State police in Butler charged Vanistendale March 26 with unlawful restraint, two counts of simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of terroristic threats, false imprisonment, two counts of harassment, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and endangering the welfare of children.Stephanie Rene Steiger, 20, of 131 Steiger Lane, Butler, waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Steiger with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Kevin Michael Frost, 42, of 112 Seneca Drive, Butler, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Frost April 13 with intentional possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Cody Ray Smith, 19, of 2752 William Flinn Highway, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Smith April 19 with two counts of driving under the influence, driving at safe speed and minor prohibited operating with alcohol in system.Jessica Nicole Haun, 22, of West Middlesex waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Haun April 19 with access device fraud.Jarred B. Knight, 21, of 455 E. Prairie St., Harrisville, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Knight May 8 with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, intentional possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
