The <B>Early Bird Toastmasters </B>recently held its International Speech and Evaluation Contest.In the International Speech category, first place went to <B>Robert Cobbett</B> and second place went to <B>Walt Smith</B>.Smith also took first place in the Evaluation contest.The winners will advance to the area contest which will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Lifesteps, New Castle Road. The contest is open to the public.———
