Shanna Kelly, daughter of Larry and Diana Kelly of Butler, has been awarded the Leslie H. Cochoran University Scholars Award at Youngstown State University.Asenior at Butler High School, she is the secretary of the National Honors Society and a drum major in the Butler Golden Tornado Marching Band. She has also participated in numerous Pennsylvania Music Educators Association festivals.She plans to major in music education.
