The Nashville Mandolin Ensemble will perform Saturday at Butler County Community College.

Butler County Community College's Succop Theater will host "Bach, Beatles and Bluegrass" with the Nashville Mandolin Ensemble at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Succop Theater on campus. The group has been hailed for revitalizing and reshaping a type of ensemble music that enjoyed nationwide popularity at the turn of the 20th century. Single tickets cost $15 in advance and $17 at the door; students pay $10. Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 10 a.m. to noon Fridays. Call 724-284-8505.

<B>The Army field band Volunteers</B> will present a free concert at 3 p.m. Sunday at Soldiers and Sailors Military Museum and Memorial, 4141 Fifth Ave. The Volunteers is the United States Army's premier touring show band. The five-piece group performs a blend of popular American music, including rock n' roll, standards, country, jazz and patriotic. Tickets can be requested by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Soldiers and Sailors, Attn. Army Band Concert, 4141 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa. 15213, or e-mail salutetickets@soldiersandsailorshall.org. Doors will open at 2 p.m. but attendees without tickets will only be allowed in 15 minutes before showtime.<B>Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra</B> will present the Mellon Grand Classics concert "Heavenly Pleasures," at 8 p.m. tonight and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Ave. Ticket prices range from $19.50 to $72 for Friday evening and $17.50 to $65 for Sunday afternoon. Student Rush tickets are available for $14 and senior Rush tickets for $18 at Heinz Hall box office two hours prior to the start of the concert, with ID. Call 412-392-4900 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.<B>River City Brass Band's</B> "Toot Suite" concerts will include selections from "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" and the overture to "The Barber of Seville" at 3 p.m. Sunday at Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center, Johnstown. <B>A Wake Your Neighbors 8 benefit concert</B> for hurricane relief efforts will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday in Crawford Auditorium at Grove City College. The doors will open at 5 p.m. Bands to play include Lovedrug, The Lonely Hearts, Jealousy Curve, and Idiosympathy. Tickets cost $7 and will be available at the door. Call 724-372-2073.
