Alex Connell of Boy Scout Troop 6 in Butler trips a trebuchet — a medieval engine of war — to hurl a ball in a contest between troops Saturday. The event took place during the Boy Scouts Winter Camporee at Camp Bucoco in Slippery Rock Township.
