Hillwig, Ridley

Erica Hillwig and Gregory Ridley, both of Monroeville exchanged wedding vows at 4 p.m. Sept. 10 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at The Atrium in Prospect.

The bride is the daughter of Roger and Cindy Hillwig of Karns City. Parents of the bridegroom are Terry and Marie Ridley of Bruin.

The matron of honor was the bride's sister, Tara O'Donnell of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Bridesmaids were the bridegroom's sister, Cari Horner of Greensburg; Sara Friters of Greenville; Hilary Williams and Rebecka Hiles, both of Karns City; and Ashley Rumbaugh of Hilliards. The miniature bride was Abigail Hiles of Karns City. The flower girl was Allyson Horner of Greensburg.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Josh Friters of Greenville. Groomsmen were Dennis Brown of Bruin, Benji Malek of Elizabeth, Joe Magnani of Chicora, Josh Bly of Karns City and Bryan Greenawalt of East Brady. Jacob Horner of Greensburg served as the miniature bridegroom and ring bearer.

The bride graduated in 1996 from Karns City High School and in 2001 from Pennsylvania State University. She works for United States Steel in Pittsburgh.

The bridegroom graduated in 1996 from Karns City High School and in 2001 from Indiana (Pa.) University. He works for West Penn Hospital at the Forbes Regional Campus in Monroeville.

After a honeymoon trip to the Poconos, the couple is making their home in Monroeville.
