Pritts, Contreras
Hanna Pritts and Scott Contreras, both of Monroeville, were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Sept. 3 at Nixon United Methodist Church in Penn Township. The Rev. Bruce Merritt officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Days Inn.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Rita Pritts of Renfrew. Parents of the bridegroom are Doug Hags and Bettie Jo Taylor, both of Plum.
The honor attendant was Kristel Moritz of North Versailles. Bridesmaids included Lisa Greenawalt of Harrisville, Crystal Smith of Arnold and Tammi Phelps of Glenshaw. The flower girls were Casey Coffield and Brenna Coffield, both of Saxonburg.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Shawn Contreras of Lower Burrell. Ushers included Kevin Pritts of Renfrew, Paul Hartley of Gibsonia, Mike Phelps of Glenshaw, Steve Pritts of Harmony and Steve Short of Flint, Mich. Ring bearers included Luke Contreras of Lower Burrell and Johnny Moritz of North Versailles.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Knoch High School, a 1997 graduate of the nursing program at Butler County Community College and a 1998 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She works at Magee-Womens Hospital in Oakland.
The bridegroom graduated in 1994 from Plum High School and in 2000 from Pittsburgh Technical Institute. He works for Leeds in New Kensington.
Following a honeymoon cruise in Canada, the couple is making their home in Monroeville.
