Lanier, Wolfe

Meredith Lanier of Lakewood, Ohio, and John Wolfe of Cranberry Township were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. July 20 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Butler. The Rev. Jack Nanz officiated. A reception was held at Shakespeare's at the Olde Stonewall Golf Club, Ellwood City.

The bride is the daughter of Hubert "Stitch" and Carol "Kit" Lanier of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Carolyn Wolfe of Monaca.

The honor attendant was Danielle Penrod of Butler. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Spack of Butler; Sherri Nichol of Chippewa; Becky Byers Kcehowski of Wexford; Rebecca Rhodes of East Rutherford, N.J.; and Amy Kristufek Hundley of Charlotte, N.C.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Joe Nichol of Chippewa. Ushers were Joe Penrod and Shane Spack, both of Butler; Tim Kcehowski of Wexford; George Fitzsimmons of Monaca; and Mark Trella of Moon Township.

The bride graduated in 1995 from Butler High School and in 1999 from Baldwin Wallace College. She is the owner of Priority Permits of Northeast Ohio in Cleveland.

The bridegroom graduated in 1986 from Monaca High School and in 1990 from Penn State University. He works for Dick's Sporting Goods in Pittsburgh.

After a Jamaican honeymoon, the couple will make their home in Cranberry Township.
