Justin Shepherd, a 2003 Seneca Valley graduate and a junior on the Bloomsburg University cross country team, placed 19th at the Division II National Championships Saturday.
Shepherd ran the 10,000-meter course in 32 minutes, 24 seconds and attained All-American status.
