Heather Rapp of Butler and Terry Grantz of Sewickley were united in marriage at 6 p.m. July 11 in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. A reception followed at the Rapp's Estate in Butler.

The bride is the daughter of Jeffrey Rapp of Butler and the late Karen Rapp. Parents of the bridegroom are Richard and Elizabeth Grantz of Sewickley.

The matron of honor was Amy Sue Miller of Butler. The bridesmaid was Sara Green of Atlanta.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Mark Grantz of Pittsburgh. The usher was Rich Grantz of Sewickley.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Knoch High School and a 2001 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She works at UPMC Passavant in North Hills.

The bridegroom graduated in 1993 from Avonworth High, in 1997 from Waynesburg College and in 2003 from Robert Morris University. He works in the Deer Lakes School District.

The couple is making their home in Allison Park.
